Welcome. This is Donna McHugh, Specialist and her two dogs Benji and Chevelle. Donna is a psychic and has a Washington state license for animal psychology. Her license enables her to work with animals and their owners. She helps people to come to a better understanding of their pets and enables them to effectively communicate and interact with the animals in their care.
